Jessica is a freelance harpist serving the Dallas/Fort Worth area. An accomplished harpist, she has performed in a variety of settings, including orchestral, chamber, and solo performances.

Jessica’s talent received recognition from an early age. She won the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s Young Artist Competition while in high school and appeared three times that season as a soloist with the Symphony. As a senior in high school, she received the Bayard H. Friedman Award for Outstanding Student in Performing Arts, an award bestowed by Performing Arts Fort Worth. Jessica placed as a finalist in the 2013 American Harp Society National Competition in Los Angeles.

Jessica studied under Dr. Laura Brandenburg at Texas Christian University, receiving a degree in music and child development. Jessica also completed a Master of Science in Developmental Trauma at TCU. She currently supports children and families in the hospital setting and performs as a freelance musician in her free time.
